My Qualifications

Energy Healing is my passion. My practice is informed by ancient spiritual practices (Tantrik yoga, Daoism and Shamanism) and modern science (Barbara Brennan, Reichian psychoanalysis, somatic bodywork).

I am highly trained in Energy Healing across various modalities.

Initially, I trained for four years with The Healing Trust, a UK based Healing Organisation.

Seeking more, I studied for two years with Tjitze de Jong near Findhorn in Scotland, himself a student of Barbara Brennan, a pioneering modern healer and author.

I wanted to understand the differences between different forms of Energy Healing. I trained to Master level in Usui Reiki with an American MD Brian Dailey, using Reiki in a hospital setting. I am interested in the interface of Western medicine with energy medicine.

From 2021 I have been training with Field Dynamics Healing a contemporary energy healing modality specialising in remote work.

From 2015 to 2021 I was apprenticed to a shamanic path - a system of knowledge with particular interest in their healing paradigm. I have also worked with indigenous healers and various plant medicines. Nature connection and Earth medicine is an ongoing theme.

I have been a student of The Tantra Illuminated School and the work of Christopher Wallis, a scholar-practitioner of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra - Trika lineage.

More recently, my interest has been sparked by Daoism, in particular the Lotus Nei Gong School and the work of Damo Mitchell. From 2023, I am training in the internal art of Nei Gong under the tutelage of Sophie Johnson.

I regularly participate in work with The Monroe Institute, an education and research organisation dedicated to the exploration of human consciousness using sound technology.

Additionally, I am trained in counselling, various complementary therapies (including reflexology and aromatherapy) and certain forms of bodywork. I am deeply committed to my own personal development.
